We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a Permanent Litigation Attorney, you will be expected to:
Research and interpret complex legal issues related to products liability and provide sound legal advice to clients.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
3. 5-7 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on products liability.
Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice.
