Partner with leadership as an HR Business Partner to understand workforce needs and build effective people strategies.

Design and implement employee retention, engagement, and development initiatives.

Improve HR processes and programs to support a consistent, positive employee experience.

Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance discussions, and employee relations.

Collaborate across departments to strengthen culture, communication, and overall employee satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (required).

3+ years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Demonstrated experience implementing new HR processes, programs, or initiatives.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the company.

Experience supporting employee engagement, culture-building, or retention programs.

Comfortable working in a hands-on HR role and partnering directly with leadership teams.
