Job Details
We’re seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead core financial operations and ensure compliance across U.S. and international entities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage general ledger functions: AP, AR, payroll, accruals, and prepaids
Lead monthly/quarterly/year-end close and financial reporting
Ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, including ASC 606 revenue recognition
Oversee UK subsidiary accounting and statutory reporting
Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules
Support audits, tax filings, and financial statement prep
Maintain internal controls and accounting policies
Drive system improvements and automation
Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
Based in Florida preferred; remote within state acceptable
Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
5+ years experience, including 2+ in SaaS, tech, or public accounting
-Strong U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 expertise
Experience with international accounting and UK compliance a plus
Proficient in NetSuite or similar ERP
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement
