What You'll Do in this Accounting Office Manager role:

  • Accounting & Finance : Manage banking, billing, AP/AR, partner distributions, and financial reporting. Support tax prep, insurance, leases, and strategic planning. Maintain and improve accounting processes and mentor junior staff
  • Human Resources : Onboard new employees and manage payroll, benefits, and compliance. Maintain HR documentation and update office policies
  • Additional: ERP system for projects, vendors, and reporting. xrczosw Oversee timesheets, expenses, PTO
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience of the Accounting-Office Manager;

  • Experienced Office Manager or small-company Controller
  • Background in accounting, HR, and ERP systems
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and ready to grow with the company
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree
