With a succession plan to Controller already in place , this role is designed for someone with ambition and a passion for growth.

What You'll Do:

• Own accounting and payroll operations from start to finish

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports

• Process payroll, benefits, and compliance filings with accuracy

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close

• Partner with leadership to improve processes and ensure financial integrity

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of accounting and payroll experience

• Strong technical skills with Excel and accounting/payroll systems

• Organized, detail-oriented, xrczosw and deadline-driven

• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus

• Someone eager to grow into a Controller role
