Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence
Prepare agendas, capture notes, and share actionable summaries
Anticipate executive needs and align priorities across teams
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Oversee daily office operations for efficiency and professionalism
Act as primary contact for building management, vendors, and partners
Handle supplies, equipment, contracts, and expense processing
Support onboarding and cross-functional coordination
Implement workflow improvements and keep operations structured for growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years in office management, executive support, or operations
Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Proven ability to develop and improve processes
Proficient with office software, scheduling tools, and admin systems
Self-motivated, independent problem solver
High discretion, professionalism, and adaptability
