PGS Worldwide is actively seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a high-precision aerospace production team in Archbald, PA. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals experienced in wiring, soldering, and assembling complex electrical and mechanical components.

This role involves building a variety of electronic and mechanical subassemblies-from repetitive tasks to high-complexity builds-used in mission-critical aerospace systems. You will work from diagrams and schematics to assemble, wire, and solder components, ensuring quality and precision at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly on circuit cards, harnesses, frames, drawers, panels, and related subassemblies
- Conduct high-skill soldering on micro and subminiature components
- Assemble, install, and terminate wire harnesses and cables
- Use specialized tools and equipment, including:
- Laser wire strippers
- Coax wire processing tools
- Support harness manufacturing and circuit card assembly
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and operation sheets
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to all safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform hands-on assembly using fine motor skills
- Willingness to learn and follow complex assembly instructions and diagrams
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to read and interpret wire harness prints and engineering drawings
- Prior experience in aerospace, electronics, or defense manufacturing environments
- IPC soldering certification (e.g., J-STD-001, IPC-A-610) is a plus
