Are you interested in designing and delivering solutions for complex and high impact business problems? Retail Business Services (RBS) supports Amazon’s Retail business growth worldwide through three core tasks: Selection, where RBS sources, creates and enriches ASINs to drive GLOMO growth; Defect Elimination, where RBS resolves inbound supply chain defects and develops root‑cause fixes to improve free cash flow; and operational process support for retail teams where there is a gap in the tech stack. The RBS tech team develops automation that leverages machine and deep learning to scale the execution of these high‑complex tasks that currently require human cognitive skills.
