Solution Architect (On-Prem Enterprise Infrastructure) - Direct-Hire/FTE

Skillset / Experience:
Seeking experienced
Solution Architect
with a deep background in
on-premise enterprise infrastructure
to join a high-impact
application migration initiative . These individuals will be responsible for guiding the architectural strategy and technical execution of on-prem environments to support large-scale migrations and hybrid integrations across a global enterprise.
This role requires collaboration with diverse application teams to resolve infrastructure-related challenges, ensure architectural alignment, and uphold the highest standards in reliability, security, and performance
Skillset / Experience:
Lead the architectural design and implementation of on-premise infrastructure solutions supporting application migrations and modernization efforts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with application, cloud, identity, and cybersecurity teams to ensure end-to-end migration success. Evaluate current-state environments and define target-state architectures, addressing performance, scalability, and security. Provide subject-matter expertise on enterprise hardware and software stacks, with emphasis on storage, compute, and directory services. Support integration of on-prem systems with cloud platforms, ensuring compatibility and efficient resource planning. Partner with migration teams to resolve infrastructure bottlenecks and align technical strategies to project goals. Ensure compliance with Export Control ("EC ) regulations and IT governance policies.
Technical Environment & Required Expertise:
Candidates should have experience in several of the following technologies:
Compute & Storage: Dell VxRail Cisco Blade Converged Infrastructure Hitachi Storage Dell NAS/SAN Operating Systems & Platforms: Windows Server Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, etc.) Data & Directory Services: Data migration tools (e.g., StorageX) Database clustering technologies Active Directory migrations ACL/RE-ACL planning and execution DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) architecture knowledge Network & Architecture Awareness: Core understanding of enterprise network design Familiarity with common application architecture models (e.g., 3-tier, SOA, microservices)
Candidate Requirements:
7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure architecture, including large-scale environments. Hands-on expertise in data center operations, hardware/software stack planning, and migration support. Demonstrated success in application migration or infrastructure modernization projects. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills across global teams. Must be a U.S. Citizen or otherwise Export Control (EC) compliant to meet regulatory requirements
