Workforce AI Solutions Lead , who will be a key member of our Workforce Technology Enablement team.

This role will lead the development and delivery of our enterprise AI Literacy and Support program, helping employees understand, adopt, and responsibly apply AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Vic, and Verisk’s internal AI Sandbox to drive measurable productivity and workflow automation gains.

The strategic solutions lead will serve as a connector between people, platforms, and policy, providing enablement, support, and governance that ensure AI is used safely, effectively, and at scale across Verisk.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a company-wide AI Literacy strategy, including learning pathways, training sessions, and resource hubs tailored to diverse roles and skill levels.

Partner with Corporate Learning, Legal, Security, and Communications to ensure alignment with Verisk’s Responsible AI principles and compliance requirements.

Create engaging and practical learning experiences (live sessions, micro‑learnings, office hours, AI use case showcases).

Serve as the primary strategic and educational contact for employees exploring how to use AI responsibly.

Provide 1:1 and group consultations on identifying automation opportunities, improving efficiency, and enhancing creativity with AI tools.

Curate and maintain the AI Hub in ServiceNow Employee Center, ensuring content is current, actionable, and measurable.

Design and implement a data‑driven framework to measure AI adoption, engagement, and business value across enterprise tools.

Partner with Analytics and IT teams to collect and interpret usage data, defining meaningful KPIs such as time saved, process efficiency, and task automation rates.

Develop before‑and‑after value stories that illustrate how AI‑driven workflow improvements translate to measurable productivity and cost savings.

Produce quarterly impact reports and dashboards that visualize adoption trends, ROI metrics, and qualitative success stories for executive stakeholders.

Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Data Governance to align metrics with Verisk’s enterprise OKRs and Responsible AI reporting framework.

Collaborate with Technology Enablement sub‑teams (ServiceNow, Vic chatbot, Automation, Knowledge, Analytics) to integrate AI literacy into digital workplace initiatives.

Partner with business units to identify and document high‑impact AI use cases, success stories, and productivity gains.

Develop feedback loops, surveys, and metrics to measure adoption, engagement, and ROI.

Help establish Verisk’s AI Center of Excellence, defining governance frameworks, best practices, and role‑based guardrails for safe experimentation.

Contribute to AI policy development, templates, and tool evaluation processes in partnership with IS&T, Legal, and Risk.

Build and coordinate a network of AI Champions across business units to scale adoption and share knowledge.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in learning & development, digital transformation, or technology enablement.

Strong understanding of generative AI tools and their enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, etc.).

Demonstrated success in program design, training delivery, and change management.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to translate technical potential into business outcomes.

Experience managing cross‑functional initiatives involving technology, governance, and employee engagement.

Ability to analyze data and extract key insights, then form strategies based on those insights.

Comfort working in agile, fast‑evolving environments where experimentation and learning are encouraged.

Preferred Skills

Background in knowledge management, content and learning design, automation, or UX design a plus.

Certifications in AI, Learning Design, or Change Management (e.g., Prosci, Coursera AI Literacy, Microsoft AI certifications) are advantageous.

Demonstrated improvement in employee productivity, satisfaction, and confidence using AI tools.
