Customer Service Associate Walgreens

$16.50/hr $18.00/hr Responsibilities Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Register sales on assigned cash register and provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service. Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues and answering questions. Share customer service best practices with all team members, including greeting, eye contact, courtesy, and Walgreens service traits. Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service. Recommend items for sale and trade?up/companion items. Process purchases, cash, refunds, exchanges, voids, rain checks as needed. Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and inventory records current. Check in and price merchandise as required. Implement asset?protection procedures to minimize profit loss. Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise. Assist with separation of food items and product placement, and stock rotation. Operate store systems and equipment. Provide customer service in the photo area and assist with web pick?up responsibilities. Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to maintain clean, neat store condition. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers. Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Training & Personal Development
Attend training and complete PPLs requested by manager or assigned by corporate.
Basic Qualifications
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico). Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment. Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens. Prefer fluency in English (Except in Puerto Rico). Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
