About the Role:
About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on, curious, AI-powered
Growth Marketing Hacker
to help us move fast, experiment often, and build smarter marketing systems. This is a marketing role with a strong growth mindset**.** You’ll support the Growth team by building systems for inbound lead processing, qualification, routing, and follow-up — while also contributing to broader marketing workflow automation, insights generation, and experimentation. If you love AI tools, tinkering, optimizing funnels, and building scrappy automations, this is the perfect role. What You’ll be Doing:
1. Build AI-assisted marketing workflows Automate research, segmentation, enrichment, and validation steps Build and maintain workflows using n8n, Clay, LLMs or similar tools Speed up audience insights, lead processing, and campaign readiness Ensure data flows cleanly into HubSpot Automate inbound lead follow-up, qualification logic, and meeting booking flows Build AI-driven inbound nurture sequences that respond like a human SDR 2. Own inbound lead conversion automation You won’t be manually calling or emailing — you will
design the system that does it. Create automated inbound cadences that feel personal and human Use AI to generate tailored responses, qualification questions, and follow-ups Build scoring, routing, and booking workflows to maximize sales handoff Ensure no lead falls through the cracks — ever Continuously test new approaches to improve speed-to-lead & conversion rates 3. Support Growth/Marketing with AI-powered insights Use AI to dissect ICPs, segments, and intent signals Rapidly test new marketing hypotheses and audiences Identify patterns, opportunities, and messaging angles Summarize qualitative data from users, campaigns, or research 4. Build internal tools for marketing efficiency Develop AI helpers for tagging, clustering, and cleaning marketing data Create no-code or light-code tools that accelerate marketing workflows Automate competitor and channel monitoring Set up dashboards and reports that give the team real-time insights Work with the Director of Growth to identify bottlenecks Run micro-experiments to improve funnel efficiency Evaluate emerging AI tools and implement the best ones Document processes and build reusable playbooks What You Should Have for the Role:
Skills (or strong ability to learn quickly) Familiarity with: ChatGPT / Claude Clay HubSpot (Bonus) basic scripting, APIs, or webhooks Plus (nice to have, not required): Exposure to AI SDR or email tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, or similar) Comfort using analytics dashboards (GA4 or HubSpot reporting) Solid understanding of marketing funnels, ICPs, segmentation, and messaging Ability to map processes and convert them into automated systems At Nimble you’ll join a team of brilliant minds striving to solve the hard problems affecting data gathering.
