Lead a team of Product Success Managers to drive customer engagement and measurable outcomes Develop and deliver Customer Success Plans and executive business reviews for assigned customers Serve as a product expert in various settings, including industry conferences and webinars Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and ensure customer satisfaction Act as an escalation point for customer issues and advocate for customer needs What is Required (Qualifications)

3+ years of experience leading Customer Success teams, preferably in a SaaS environment Proven track record of driving retention, adoption, and expansion with enterprise or strategic accounts Hands‑on experience with Gainsight, Gong, Salesforce, or similar CS/CRM platforms Understanding of legal technology and workflows, with experience in the legal sector preferred Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or J.D. is a plus How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in Business, Law, Computer Science, Consulting, Engineering, or a related discipline Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Functional/technical skills in GenAI systems and AI prompting engineering Demonstrated curiosity and learning agility, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving Ability to travel 25% We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
