We’re seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, optimisation, and security of our mission‑critical network infrastructure. In this fast‑paced financial environment, you’ll architect high‑availability, low‑latency solutions that power trading platforms and enterprise systems. What you’ll do:
Architect, implement, and secure enterprise‑grade LAN/WAN, data‑centre, and cloud/hybrid networks
Optimise performance and low‑latency connectivity for trading and market‑data systems
Lead incident response, capacity planning, and major network upgrades
Implement advanced routing, switching, and firewall policies (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRFs, SD‑WAN)
Mentor junior engineers and help drive network strategy, standards, and documentation
Partner with security, infrastructure, and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements
What you’ll bring:
5–8 years in network engineering, ideally in financial services or other highly regulated environments
Deep expertise with routing/switching and firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
Strong experience with network monitoring, automation (Python/Ansible/Terraform), and high‑availability design
Proven ability to operate in low‑latency, high‑performance environments
Preferred:
CCNP/CCIE, cloud networking (AWS/Azure), SD‑WAN, and data‑centre experience
Salary: Senior network engineers in the U.S. typically earn $120–150k
