Develop long-lasting relationships with patients, ensuring a positive, comfortable experience while providing thorough education on treatment options.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a dynamic team, fostering a positive and productive environment that aligns with the practice's values and goals.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-2 years of Experience is required
Comfort with working in a high-volume cash/PPO patient base
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a dental team effectively
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
