Position Summary

This role involves supervising and developing management and hourly associates within the facility. The role also involves community outreach, building relationships with local organizations, representing the company externally, and promoting company-sponsored programs and sustainability initiatives. Driving financial performance is key, including achieving sales and profit goals, controlling expenses, creating budgets, and analyzing economic and community trends for forecasting. The position requires modeling excellent customer service, directing facility operations, and ensuring effective merchandising and inventory management. Minimum requirements include 2 years of general management experience with financial accountability and supervising 20 or more associates, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing. For facilities selling firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific background check and training is required. All associates must complete job-specific trainings and assessments. Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, experience managing a large team (50+ associates), and specific experience in grocery management, including overseeing a fresh or dry grocery area. Primary Location
