Responsibilities

  • Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” approach to build long‑term customer loyalty.
  • Resolve customer service issues, including answering questions, assisting in completing transactions, and communicating customer requests to Team Leaders when necessary.
  • Ensure all products at the front end are merchandised per visual merchandise standards.
  • Maintain the front‑end, entrance, and exterior of the building properly.
  • Ensure front‑end operations, store standards, and company programs meet all operational expectations.
  • Assist with developing, evaluating, and supervising front‑end Associates.
  • Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one to two years of retail experience in a mid‑size to large retail service‑oriented business preferred.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
  • Must have a positive attitude and the ability to interact well with others.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
