Responsibilities Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures. Cleanings include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, windows, furniture and equipment moving. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. Use proper PPE where required. Open and lock facilities; enable and disable security systems as needed. Provide on‑the‑job training to individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper, or in a professional janitorial company is a plus but not required. Be flexible, work at a fast‑paced, multi‑tasked job and contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude, dependability and punctuality. Respect and understand co‑workers and customers, and communicate effectively in English. Basic Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have authorization to work in the United States (citizen, permanent resident or authorized worker). Must have reliable transportation. Physical Demands and Qualifications Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching, with the ability to lift or carry up to 25 lbs. Ability to read cleaning instructions and differentiate between cleaning products and uses. Compensation $12 per hour.
