- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, maintaining records, and facilitating applicant communications.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by assisting with orientation and integration tasks.
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement training and mentoring programs for staff.
- Assist with planning and scheduling meetings, events, and skill development initiatives.
- Manage recruitment and skill development files, databases, and tracking documents.
- Provide administrative support for firm-wide projects, ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Prepare and distribute reports related to recruitment and training activities.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external candidates.
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts by supporting related events and communications.
- Provide general administrative assistance to other departments as needed.
- Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role within a law firm.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in maintaining and updating records and databases.
- Experience in recruitment or detail-oriented development coordination is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and software.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a high standard of conduct.
