Description We are looking for a bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. - Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish to facilitate effective communication.
- Handle sensitive client information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Provide clerical support to caseworkers and other team members, including managing files and documentation.
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date records and databases.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure client requests are processed efficiently.
- Answer inbound calls professionally and address inquiries or redirect them as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact by performing receptionist duties and greeting visitors.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and support daily operations. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and record management.
- Experience in answering calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with office procedures and administrative tasks.
