Website: Sales Representative Trainee (0-6 months) ~$22/hour , based on a 45-hour work week (target annualized pay: $54,000) ~ Paid training with mentorship and professional development ~ Sales Representative (6-18 months) ~$Total compensation target: $70,000-$80,000 (based on performance and business results) Successful completion of the trainee program may lead to promotion into a Sales Representative role. Advancement is based on individual performance, business needs, and demonstrated readiness.
