Description The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and a strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions. Responsibilities:
- Process and track accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Enter invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and handle payment processing.
- Generate billing statements and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Prepare bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and general ledger entries.
- Support general accounting activities and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage accounting tasks, generate reports, and maintain the financial database.
- 1+ years of relevant accounting experience, especially in accounts payable and receivable.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
