Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and process/exacct orders and returns Source parts from suppliers nationwide Generate sales through upselling, add‑ons, and customer education Assist in the stockroom and deliver orders to customers as needed Qualifications & Skills
1+ year of customer service, inside sales, mechanical, or maintenance experience (preferred: industrial distribution or parts counter environment) High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR) Seniority level
