Job Description

Responsibilities
Lead and improve preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs
Oversee maintenance execution, reliability initiatives, and asset performance tracking
Conduct root cause analyses and implement long-term corrective solutions
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS to optimize equipment uptime
Manage CMMS performance, spare parts control, and planning/scheduling systems
Support capital project development, design reviews, and equipment installations
Ensure compliance with OSHA, API, ASME, ISO, and related industry standards
Mentor and lead multidisciplinary maintenance and reliability personnel
Facilitate PHAs and follow through on recommended actions
Support sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost optimization projects
Qualifications
BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field
10+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing operations (chemical or related industry preferred)
Proven expertise in reliability systems, maintenance management, and asset lifecycle optimization
Proficiency with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning processes
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
