Foreman
Position:
On-site Labor Foreman (Industrial Fence & Gates) – SAGE Integration
Base Pay Range:
$48.33/hr - $51.33/hr plus performance-based bonuses.
Hours:
40-60 per week, depending on owner schedule. Weekends not mandatory and uncommon.

Locations:
Travel to OH, PA, MD, WV, IN, NY, NJ & VA. Other states may be available.
Duties
Coordinate a crew to install high security fencing & gate systems.
Perform pre-dig inspections for underground utilities and be highly aware of hazards in substations.
Layout posts and grades; install foundations and posts.
Complete framing and panels/chain link installation.
Install gates and stone along fence lines as needed.
Read & interpret plans and shop drawings.
Maintain safe practices among all crew members.
Operate equipment such as skid steers, telehandler, excavator, hydrovac trucks, and man lifts.
Work in live substations near energized equipment.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years related experience as a foreman for industrial fencing.
Union member or willingness to become one.
Minimum 3 years working in and around live substations.
Ability to use computers and phones for timesheets and other reports.
Knowledge of installing slide gates, gate operators and accessories.
Concrete forming experience for large foundations.
Substation entry trained or badged.
Valid Driver’s License required. CDL preferred; CDL training can be provided.
OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 preferred.
Drug testing and background checks.
