4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end in a small team environment. Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable balancing strategy with execution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing/design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp (or similar platforms), and marketing automation tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling. Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions. Creative, resourceful, and adaptable — able to wear multiple hats in a small company setting. Preferred
Interest in aviation is a plus, but not required.
