Responsibilities
We’re hiring a hands‑on Social Media & Content Creation Manager to own our social presence from end‑to‑end: planning content, creating it, publishing, engaging with our audience, and tracking performance. You’ll collaborate directly with our Chief Growth Officer to develop and execute the content calendar and bring our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This is a creator‑first role: you should be excited to be on camera, behind the camera, and in the editing timeline regularly. Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer to develop and execute weekly and monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (short + long form) Brainstorm, script, and pitch creative concepts aligned with brand pillars and business objectives Stay on top of social trends, formats, sounds, and cultural moments and translate them into on‑brand content quickly Film and produce short‑form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), including face‑to‑camera, voiceover edits, interviews, UGC‑style videos, and BTS footage Support long‑form creation (shooting, assisting edits, creating clips for redistribution) Edit content in‑app or via tools like Canva/CapCut/Instagram Edits/Adobe Ensure basic brand QA across all posts (tone, visual consistency, captions, CTAs)
