Create and post TikTok Reels, Stories, and Feed content Develop engaging short-form video content (product demos, party clips, bar/venue use cases, trends, memes) Write captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with brand voice Collaborate with the team to repurpose user-generated content (UGC) Grow TikTok followers organically through consistent posting, trends, and engagement strategies Engage with followers via comments, DMs, and story interactions Monitor and leverage TikTok trends, sounds, and formats relevant to music, nightlife, and college culture Help define a clear TikTok content strategy (posting cadence, themes, formats) Requirements

Strong interest in social media marketing, especially TikTok Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) Familiarity with tools like TikTok native editor, CapCut, Canva, or similar Strong sense of trends, aesthetics, and storytelling Passion for music, nightlife, events, or college culture is a big plus Self-starter mindset — comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment Benefits
