We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specifications required by clients. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction projects from initial planning through to completion Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of project activities Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Willing to travel as necessary Effective leadership and team management abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Familiarity with project management software and tools 401K PTO Seniority level
