Responsibilities
Develop project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans.
Create and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Allocate resources and manage budgets effectively.
Liaise between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly and regularly.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
Lead cross‑functional teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
Facilitate project meetings and maintain documentation (agendas, notes, reports).
Prepare project summaries, status reports, and budget updates.
Review and recommend proposals and bids.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate work of project staff; may assign duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
4–7+ years of project management experience; proven track record with large, complex projects.
Oil & gas industry experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
