Project Manager
Base Pay Range: $140,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr.

The company specializes in a variety of commercial, biotech, life science, lab and other types of construction. We are currently looking for a talented Project Manager in South Bay who is comfortable working in the South Bay office and at project sites most of the week.

Responsibilities
Oversee all stages of project life cycle management, from initiation to completion.
Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution.
Manage project budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within the allocated budget.
Ensure compliance with all relevant construction safety and building regulations.
Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate risk management strategies.
Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are on the same page.
Resolve any project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven track record of managing smaller TIs and/or large‑scale construction projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical diagrams.
PMP or equivalent certification would be an added advantage.
