Qualifications
3+ years of experience in estimating and project management within the construction industry.
Proven experience in managing higher education construction projects and understanding the unique challenges and requirements of this sector.
Strong knowledge and proficiency in estimating software and tools.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
