Position Overview The Floor Lead maintains standard Operating Procedures in our retail store and mentors a high‑performing team that achieves both productivity and quality performance in line with our long‑term vision.

Job Functions

Create and promote a healthy team culture where individuals feel empowered to work autonomously while pursuing a common collaborative goal.

Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to grow personally and professionally.

Help build an exceptional team that upholds and delivers our mission, vision, and goals to employees and customers.

Set the standard for excellent customer service by guiding staff on produce knowledge, customer focus, and personalized service.

Ensure smooth, seamless functioning of operations.

Collaborate with inventory control to ensure accurate product counts, proper labeling, and floor organization.

Maintain strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Assist in onboarding new employees and provide ongoing training.

Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Oversee cash‑handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.

Address customer concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle escalated issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Oversee visual merchandising to create attractive product displays that enhance the customer experience.

Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Assist in shop opening and closing protocols.

Monitor shop energy by ensuring frontline staff greet warmly, maintain upbeat vibes, and customers leave satisfied and return.

Administer and document all employee breaks at appropriate times.

Serve as the liaison between receptionists / sales associates and managers.

Other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum age 21.

High school diploma.

Full time availability.

Open availability preferred – must be able to work 2 weekend days (Fri‑Sun).

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail / hospitality.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer.

Can stand for prolonged periods, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.

Schedule

Open availability highly preferred; must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
