We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator & Developer to join our growing team! The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with the Customer Service module, user management, and permission controls, along with strong problem‑solving and project management skills. You have excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a variety of people to understand business needs and provide training on new features and problem‑solving techniques. A key focus of this role is leveraging Power Platform tools, particularly PowerAutomate, Power Pages and Power Apps, to build new automations, enhance existing processes, and support business needs. You’ll maintain and optimize the CRM system, develop and troubleshoot flows, resolve tickets, create custom apps where needed, and drive continuous improvements.

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions.
Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) to enhance functionality and user experience.
Develop and implement integrations between D365 and other systems as needed.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements through technology solutions.
Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Provide training and support to end‑users to ensure effective use of D365 solutions.
Administer Dynamics 365 including user management, security roles, and environment management.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Power Automate flows (create new flows and fix existing ones).
Perform system maintenance, updates, and release management.
Lead and support CRM‑related projects, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables are met.
Continuously learn, improve, and implement new CRM features and automation solutions.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong preference for experience using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI) and experience integrating them with Dynamics 365.
Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization, preferably Power BI.
Basic Knowledge of coding languages such as JavaScript, C/AL, AL, or .NET.
Preferred
Strong project management skills (planning, prioritizing, and coordinating initiatives).
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
Experience with ClickDimensions marketing automation.
Microsoft Certifications: PL-900, MB-910, or PL-200.

The California base annual salary range for this role is currently $91,000-110,000 plus bonus. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job‑related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
