* Source stellar candidates and maintain an always on pipeline of top talent. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market* Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers* Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent* Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions (i.e., talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, etc.)* Consult with hiring managers on their talent needsStrategically identify, engage, and maintain a robust, "always-on" pipeline of exceptional, high-demand technical talent.* Employ cutting-edge, multi-channel sourcing strategies, extending beyond traditional applications to encompass expert utilization of Boolean search, professional networks, proprietary talent databases, and industry events to penetrate passive candidate markets.* Ensure an exceptional and personalized initial experience for prospective candidates, setting the standard for our world-class hiring process.* Act as an internal consultant to recruiting partners and hiring leaders, providing expert insights on competitive talent landscapes, compensation trends, and innovative sourcing methodologies.* Design, implement, and iterate on targeted, data-driven pipeline generation strategies (e.g., specialized talent campaigns, eightfold engagement, referral acceleration) to proactively address critical hiring needs.* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand complex technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification* At least 2 years of experience in recruiting OR 2 years of experience in Human Resources OR 2 years of client consulting experience, OR a combination of the three* Bachelor's Degree* Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification* At least 3+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing* At least 1+ year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams* Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment* Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent* Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiringCapital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
