- Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records and databases.
- Provide general reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing correspondence.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint to complete administrative tasks.
- Coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and a high level of care.
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations as required.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy accessibility and recordkeeping.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
