shape protocols, elevate provider performance, teach, review cases, innovate in MIH/telemedicine, and directly support responders in the field. Required Qualifications M.D. or D.O. Unrestricted Oregon medical license Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine or EMS Current DEA license Eligible to serve as an Oregon EMS Physician Supervisor Ability to submit standard credentialing documents (CV, licensure, DEA, CME, etc.) Required Experience Active Emergency Medicine clinical practice EMS system oversight or medical direction experience Experience with: EMS education & training QI and case review Dispatch operations Protocol development Fire/EMS multi-agency collaboration Ideal Candidate You’ll thrive in this role if you are: ✔ An Emergency Medicine physician passionate about EMS ✔ A teacher at heart who enjoys mentoring responders ✔ A systems thinker who wants to improve care at scale ✔ Someone who values flexibility and meaningful field engagement ✔ Interested in medical direction leadership without a full-time time commitment Ready to Make an Impact?
