Monitoring & Incident Response Analyst , youll be on the front lines ensuring network and infrastructure services stay healthy, available, and secure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to step up during high-impact incidents. What Youll Do Monitor network, systems, and critical services in real time Perform Tier 1/2 troubleshooting and respond to service alerts Handle escalations from the Service Desk (tickets, calls, MS Teams) Coordinate incident bridges and track remediation efforts Document incidents, updates, and after-action reports Maintain SOPs and ensure operational readiness Work closely with Network Engineers, service providers, and leadership during outages What You Bring 4+ years in IT operations or technical support Strong Windows support experience + proficiency in MS Office Hands-on with ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM tools Excellent communication, multitasking, and incident coordination skills Ability to work independently under pressure Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance (10+ weeks) U.S. Citizen , flexible to work 24/7 rotating shifts Preferred Skills Prior NOC or Service Desk experience Reporting and metric-based analysis Active DOJ Public Trust clearance
