We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead partnership-focused initiatives within one of our strategic markets. This role will drive the development and scaling of solutions that improve recruiter efficiency and enhance candidate matching. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams and external staffing agency partners to shape product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with engineering, design, operations, data, and external staffing agencies to discover, prioritize, and manage product roadmaps.
Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and updates to leadership, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Act as the voice of the staffing agency internallyadvocating for their needs, surfacing opportunities, and translating requirements into actionable product initiatives.
Define, track, and report on product goals and success metrics.
Launch features quickly, run iterative pilots, and use data-driven findings to refine or scale solutions.
Deliver clear and consistent written and verbal updates to leadership and collaborators.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within HR Tech or B2B SaaS.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to build partnerships and manage diverse collaborators.
Deep analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and optimize business processes.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to define and build products.
Data-driven decision-maker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Working knowledge of recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, automation tools).
Understanding of practical applications of GenAI and Agentic AI within product workflows.
