Job Summary

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared! Requires product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver and relocate seasonal merchandise throughout the store in accordance with planogram and store standards.
• Provide customer service and assistance related to seasonal displays.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of seasonal merchandising tasks.
• Maintain compliance with Walmart safety and operational policies.
• Support store crew in daily product handling and assist with opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $19.00 – $32.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives; premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
