Base Pay Range

$20.00/hr - $33.00/hr

Hourly wage: $20 - $33 per hour

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

Seasonal associates in this supervisor role oversee moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. During major holidays, they prepare the store layout, coordinate team activities, and ensure that merchandise is stocked and presented correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee loading, stocking, and shelving of seasonal merchandise.
• Coordinate and train seasonal team members.
• Maintain product knowledge and solicit customer feedback.
• Identify and resolve merchandise discrepancies.
• Execute problem‑solving and merchandising strategies during peak periods.

Qualifications & Skills

Possess strong product knowledge, problem‑solving abilities, and merchandising skills required to manage seasonal inventory and team activities.
