- Make proactive outbound calls to schedule client meetings and follow up on inquiries or leads
- Oversee client communication and maintain strong, long‑term relationships

- Provide in‑person event support (approximately four workshop series per year) and assist with planning and execution
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth progression of client cases
- Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks to support seamless office operations
- Assist with administrative paperwork such as applications and transfer forms

- Experience with event planning or client hospitality is a plus
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Tech‑savvy, with familiarity in Google Workspace (specifically Google Docs and Google Sheets or Excel), Zoom, Redtail CRM, DocuSign, etc. Experience with Redtail and ShareFile is a plus
- Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management is strongly preferred
- Must be local to Newport, New; this role also requires availability for select evening hours during quarterly client workshops. When workshop commitments extend beyond regular hours, work schedules on other days can be adjusted accordingly
- College degree preferred but not required
If you are someone who thrives in a professional, fast‑paced environment and enjoys being a key support to both leadership and clients, we’d love to hear from you.
