What You’ll Do
Personal Support
Manage errands, household logistics, reservations, and personal scheduling
Coordinate calendars and keep daily priorities on track
Family Office & Business Support
Maintain CRM/databases; prepare simple materials, forms, and summaries
Coordinate vendors, service providers, and external partners
Execution & Problem Solving
Anticipate needs and troubleshoot issues with minimal oversight
Switch fluidly between tasks while keeping priorities organized
What You Bring
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently with sound judgment
Comfort navigating both business and household operations
Proficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools, Squarespace, or Canva a plus
Positive, can‑do attitude — no task too small or too complex
High discretion, reliability, and follow‑through
Prior EA/PA or coordinator experience a must
Additional Details
NYC‑based, with the ability to work in person part of the week (home office environment)
Hybrid structure with flexibility
Exposure to a wide range of operational, organizational, and administrative work across business and philanthropic activities
