Job Overview We are looking for a results-oriented Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and decision-makers within target organizations

Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques

Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure efficient use of time and resources

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions

Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build relationships and generate leads

Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key performance indicators

Continuously expand product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B sales, preferably in the technology sector

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas

Strong proficiency in cold calling techniques and ability to overcome objections

Excellent understanding of the B2B sales cycle and ability to manage complex, long-term deals

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales productivity tools

Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

High level of self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Experience selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions
