Director of Sales , you will lead our U.S. hospitality market growth — guiding the sales team, developing key partnerships, and driving strategic expansion with top-tier clients. This leadership role requires an expert who understands the luxury hospitality ecosystem, excels in high-level negotiations, and brings a proven track record in scaling B2B sales operations. Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our presence within the hospitality and interior design sectors. Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve revenue and territory growth targets. Build high-level relationships with hotel ownership groups, procurement leaders, brand decision-makers, and real estate developers. Oversee major client presentations, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies. Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to deliver tailored proposals and world-class customer experiences. Produce accurate sales forecasts and performance reports. Represent the company at key industry events, hospitality trade shows, and executive-level meetings. Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of Strategic B2B Sales Leadership

within the Luxury Hospitality or Textile industry. Proven track record of scaling revenue. Demonstrated success in expanding markets and managing key accounts. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong command of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar). Strategic thinker with high accountability, organization, and a performance-driven mindset. Must possess an

active, existing network

of decision-makers within major hotel ownership groups, procurement firms, and real estate developers. You should be able to open doors on Day 1. Expertise in defining KPIs, analyzing sales pipelines, and utilizing CRM data to forecast revenue with high accuracy. Ability to act as a consultant to Interior Designers and Architects, ensuring Globaltex specifications are written into new development projects. Must be based in or able to frequently travel to major hospitality hubs such as Miami, Houston, New York, or Los Angeles. Why Join Us
