Sr Director, Global Supply Chain, IT Solutions

Step into a highly visible, enterprise-scale leadership role guiding global Supply Chain technology strategy for a world-class, regulated manufacturing organization. This role partners closely with senior executives to shape and execute the end-to-end IT roadmap across planning, manufacturing, sourcing, and order fulfillment. You’ll serve as the primary IT business partner for Global Supply Chain, leading transformation initiatives, driving modernization, and guiding a lean, high-performing global team. What You’ll Own

Lead and execute the global IT roadmap supporting end-to-end Supply Chain operations

Act as a trusted advisor to senior executive leadership

Drive enterprise transformation across ERP and supply chain platforms

Oversee a global team delivering planning, manufacturing, sourcing, and logistics solutions

Ensure strong governance, change management, and cross-functional alignment

Present quarterly business reviews to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of IT leadership experience in large, global, regulated environments

Deep expertise in

Global Supply Chain systems and processes

Strong experience with

Oracle ERP

(Oracle Cloud preferred)

Proven ability to lead large-scale enterprise transformations

Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, manufacturing, sourcing, order management, and logistics

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Background spanning consulting, IT leadership, or business operations
