We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Chief Medical Officer to lead clinical services at our community-focused healthcare organization in Canton, OH. The CMO will oversee clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and provide collaborative leadership to our medical and advanced practice provider teams. Responsibilities
Provide collaborative physician leadership and supervise Nurse Practitioners.
Lead clinical teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Oversee clinical operations, workflows, and provider performance.
Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
Promote integrated medical and behavioral health services.
Participate in provider recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation.
Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and communicate effectively across departments.
Provide direct patient care as needed.
Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Occasional evenings, weekends, or off-shift hours as needed for leadership responsibilities.

Requirements
DO or MD degree
Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Obstetrics & Gynecology
Current, valid Ohio medical license
Minimum 2 years of healthcare leadership experience
Prior FQHC experience preferred
Quality improvement experience preferred
Experience with integrated medical and behavioral health teams strongly preferred
