About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in digital transaction management, is looking for a skilled Campaign Operations Analyst to join their team for a 6-month engagement. This role is responsible for defining, documenting, and optimizing the workflows required to launch integrated marketing campaigns at scale. In this position, you will partner closely with Global Demand Programs, Field Marketing, Web Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to drive demand generation and enhance campaign productivity. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Collaborate with marketers to design campaign plans and tactical strategies, ensuring alignment across systems, teams, and operational components.
Build and maintain templates—including emails, landing pages, forms, segments, and reports—to improve campaign efficiency and accuracy.
Document, evaluate, and refine processes and programs within the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) and in-product communications (IPC) systems.
Monitor and report on effectiveness metrics for tactics and programs executed through the MAP, IPC, and related applications.
Troubleshoot campaign and data-related issues to ensure flawless execution.
Maintain a high-quality marketing database through normalization and uploading of contact data into the MAP and Customer Data Platform (CDP).
Educate marketing partners on leveraging the MarTech stack to meet objectives while upholding internal standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of relevant marketing experience.
Experience executing and managing campaigns within an enterprise-level ESP.
Hands-on experience with Iterable.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive email/web design.
Strong understanding of marketing techniques and the campaign lifecycle.
Experience with CRM systems and related sales tools.
Familiarity with event platforms such as Swoogo, Brightcove, and Zoom.
Experience building audiences within a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
Reporting/dashboard experience with tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Mixpanel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Demonstrated project management capabilities, including scoping timelines, dependencies, and risks.
Advanced Excel skills and a passion for metrics-driven marketing.
