$80,000 - $85,000 per year

Primary Responsibilities Systems Administration Maintain and administer IT systems including software, hardware, and configurations. Administer Windows servers and Hybrid Entra-AD environment. Support and maintain Microsoft 365 Applications including Entra ID administration. Install, configure, and maintain servers, endpoints, and software. Monitor performance, availability, and system capacity; resolve deficiencies proactively. Manage configuration standards and ensure consistent system builds.
Security, Backup & Recovery Implement and maintain security controls across cloud and on-prem systems. Ensure timely patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation. Manage endpoint and cloud security tools. Perform data backups, monitor backup jobs, and conduct regular test restores. Support incident response and assist in security investigations. Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex technical issues. Mentor junior IT staff and guide troubleshooting efforts. Communicate effectively with staff and respond promptly to urgent support needs. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners on projects and system improvements.
Documentation, Projects & Process Improvement Maintain accurate technical documentation, diagrams, and SOPs. Participate in system upgrades, migrations, new deployments, and lifecycle projects. Recommend tools and techniques that improve reliability, security, and efficiency.
Other Duties Attend trainings and staff meetings; stay current on best practices. Perform additional tasks or special projects as assigned.
Requirements Education & Experience Vocational/technical training or equivalent experience required; certifications or relevant college coursework preferred. 3–5+ years of hands‑on systems administration and security experience.
Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and M365 administration. Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, ManageEngine, etc.). Familiarity with security controls, backup systems, disaster recovery, and incident response. Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
Additional Requirements Acceptable driving record if travel is required.
