Executive Director

to join our growing team! This role is crucial in overseeing the total operations of an assisted living facility, ensuring residents receive exceptional care in a supportive and compliant environment. Success in this position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Your Impact as an Executive Director

In this role, you will: Ensure Compliance : Oversee facility operations in alignment with local, state, and federal regulations.

Implement Policies and Procedures : Enforce company policies and develop facility-specific guidelines in accordance with all regulations.

Maintain Resident Assessments : Manage 2067 forms for all residents to ensure proper documentation.

Recruit and Retain Staff : Hire, orient, and support a high-performing team.

Manage Business Operations : Supervise admissions, accounts payable/receivable, ancillaries, and payroll to ensure operational accuracy.

Promote Facility Services : Support marketing efforts and represent the facility with community partners.

Foster a Collaborative Team : Create a culture of accountability and efficiency.

Process Payroll : Ensure timely and accurate payroll submission.

Assist with Communications : Answer phones and assist with inquiries as needed.

Address Concerns : Respond to issues raised by residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Coordinate Admissions : Oversee the intake and onboarding process for new residents.

Develop Staff : Lead ongoing training and professional development.

Other Duties : Perform additional tasks as needed to support the facility.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re seeking someone who: Holds certification from the applicable state agency.

Has a thorough knowledge of assisted living regulations and standards.

Possesses excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Demonstrates a working knowledge of general accounting and payroll.

Understands budgeting, marketing, and optimizing revenue through service delivery and ancillary management.
